Surrounded by top restaurants, boutique shopping, coffee shops, and nightlife, this prime location puts everything at your fingertips, with convenient access to public transit nearby. Please note: the home is near a transit station, and occasional train noise may be heard, adding to the lively character of the area. No pets permitted. The unit is located on the 2nd floor (stairs only) - does not have central A/C, there is a portable A/C in the bedroom and fans are provided.
