Guests enjoy access to resort-style community amenities such as two swimming pools (one with a nearby hot tub), tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, playground, greenbelts, clubhouse, and walking paths. Located just minutes from Grandview Beach, the home also includes a two-car garage, an in-unit washer and dryer, and beach gear. Please note the community enforces strict quiet hours with 24/7 decibel monitoring, a 7-night minimum. Vacation Rental Contract You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they’ve made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners. Identity Verification Guests are required to complete a separate identity verification process within 24 hours of booking. The link is texted to your phone. This protects you and us against fraud.
