The open living area includes a gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV, ideal for cozy nights in. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals, with dining for four indoors or outside on the balcony. Additional amenities include a private balcony with a gas grill, central AC, complimentary beach towels, shared firepit area, private washer/dryer, and free parking for two vehicles. NOTE: No pets, There is no direct beach access from the backyard, but there is beach access down the street. Please don't use the neighbor's beach access path.
