The bright, fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for home-cooked meals. Please note that The Strand is a high-energy beach area with significant noise potential. A long-term guest may occasionally occupy the detached garage unit above, and a nearby walkway is shared access. The home also uses decibel monitoring and enforces quiet, no-party rules. Amenities include WiFi, washer/dryer, and a one-car garage (not suitable for larger vehicles) plus one additional parking space behind it, a small backyard with outdoor seating, and fans (no A/C).
