Enjoy a private patio with a grill, 2-car garage, Wi-Fi, cable, and beach gear. No smoking, 7-night minimum, quiet neighborhood with strict no-party policy; stairs throughout may not suit all guests. Community amenities include two swimming pools, a hot tub, four tennis courts, four pickleball courts, a half basketball court on one of the tennis courts, a toddler play area, and landscaped greenbelts. A private beach access via approximately 70 cliffside stairs, with additional beach access a short drive to the north or south.
