Inside, you’ll find gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a relaxed open-concept design made for unwinding after a day at the beach. Step outside to a fully enclosed yard with a hot tub, gas grill, and inviting outdoor space for total relaxation. Beach essentials, including chairs, umbrellas, and towels, are provided for easy coastal outings. Additional conveniences include streaming-ready entertainment (Netflix available), washer and dryer, and private off- street street parking. Please note that there is no A/C in this home, but fans are provided for comfort. 

Vacation Rental Contract 
You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they’ve made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.
