Additional conveniences include a coin-operated laundry on-site. Please note there is no A/C, but fans and heaters are provided for comfort year-round. The unit is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. There is no designated parking space, though street parking may be available (not guaranteed, especially in summer; please observe street sweeping 8–10 am). Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am, and no smoking or pets are allowed.
