Welcome to “A Wave from It All,” a beautifully designed 2-bedroom beachfront condo in Sea Slope Estates, offering coastal elegance in a small, quiet complex with direct beach access just steps away. Located in the heart of Carlsbad Village, this home features two living rooms, a private patio, and an ocean-view balcony, all designed for relaxing and enjoying the coastal lifestyle within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and cafés. The condo comfortably sleeps 5 with a king primary suite (en-suite bath with walk-in shower), a queen bedroom (en-suite bath with tub/shower combo), and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, along with an in-unit washer and dryer and included beach gear such as towels, chairs, and an umbrella. Additional details include one reserved parking space, electronic lock entry, and check-in at 4 PM with check-out at 10 AM. Please note there is no central A/C, heat, or fireplace—cooling is provided by ocean breezes, ceiling fans, and a portable fan, with radiant heaters available for cooler nights
Vacation Rental Contract
